About Tobias Allen

Founder story & expertise

Tobias Allen built his early career in direct response copywriting, email marketing and agency work before joining Acquisition.com as Director of Marketing. In the episode, he explains how he worked with Alex and Leila Hormozi across portfolio marketing, recruitment, advisory growth and the launch of $100M Leads, including a live event that registered around half a million people. Tobias also describes later work on a Series B fundraising project and creator platform growth in Canary Wharf. At the time of the conversation, he said he had joined Simon Squibb's HelpBnk and Free Humanity team. His approach to marketing centres on focus, volume, direct response, owned customer data, practical experimentation and doing the repeatable work long enough to learn what actually works.
