Mike Allen runs Stepstone Consulting and works with business owners as a business coach and mentor. Rather than describing himself as a pure coach, Mike draws on years of experience leading businesses and teams, using lessons from that experience to help owners think more clearly about where they want to go and how to get there. His approach centres on starting with the end in mind, understanding how customers define value, working backwards from longer-term goals and keeping plans simple enough to act on. He also places strong emphasis on leadership, trust, values, team performance, accountability and creating genuine thinking time.
